Master’s moment

Master’s moment (noun) – A blanket term for modifications made to a set that is only acceptable in the world of Master’s swimming.  It may be justified for the pure sake of doing a head count to make sure no one had a heart attack. 

ex: Utilizing a Master’s moment, they took a minute rest in between sets.
